I figure there are enough flowers for the DOF contest.
I spend a lot of time at baseball games watching my grandson's play. Neither one of these boys is my grandson although he plays on this team. I like the red, white and blue coloring that signifies America's pastime. Hope you do too.

The DoF makes the shot. The colors are very vivid as you mentioned in your narrative and make this image a winner. My only problem with the shot is the composition. I sure wish you hadn't chopped off the kid's hand. He'll need it soon.
