Most people in my area fire up their Four Wheeler's and head to town when it snows. There are a few that take their Four Legger's to brave the conditions. It appears there are open parking spaces should other Four Legger's decide to visit.

A good candid capture of the Amish buggy Tick, I see that the horse is all plumped up for the cold weather. tigz=^..^=

I really like this Tick - I have seen similar scenes in central Illinois when I was young.

The horse appears to have left a bit of itself in this parking lot. I'm intrigued by the emblem on the carriage back door and of the carriage itself. It looks too short to carry passengers so is the carriage more of a delivery wagon of sorts? I am also intrigued by the object on the roof. It looks like a solar panel but I am not sure that is what its purpose it.

It's always beautiful to see something from the good old times. Nice work.

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), I see by the sign at the 'backdoor of the carriage that even Amish people are taking (traffic) safety measures, 😁.
If the instrument on the wall of this building shows the temperature (20˚ F/6,64˚ C), I would prefer to stay inside. The horse however hasn't this choice, 😁.
Good composition/capture!

I think the horse needs a coat/blanket.
A unique photo and a delight to view something so different.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I must be rather old-fashioned but in some respects prefer the Four Legger means of travel than that of modern day means...that aside, a charming and nostalgic shot, Tick, and well captured.

Fantastic capture of course love the horse, such a simple way of life. Those look like very modern barn doors
