I got a chance to go for a drive the other day and I stopped on this bridge (unseen) to take some shots of the river. Evidently the swallows call the underbelly of this bridge home. There is nothing attractive about the bridge. Just a cement slab with concrete railing. The swallows must like the cool underneath to build their mud packed nests. It really isn't named Swallow Bridge. The locals just call it the cement bridge. The way the swallows flew out when they sensed me walking on it was amazing. Maybe someday I can return and get a shot of the underneath side. I did go to the boat ramp and take a photo of the bridge. The boat ramp is about two thirds of the way down the river on the right. Have a good weekend. Eat your heart out Capistrano.
