SEA was right in his comments yesterday about how deer are becoming more intrusive and are not loved by one and all. Yesterday after Bambi and his mom ran off, another deer showed up for a treat. I was able to capture its thievery in a series of shots. I was pleased to catch it in the act with an apple in its mouth. The first five photos were taken through a glass double pane window and the final four shots were from outside. I managed to sneak outside for some quick snaps. I emailed this to my neighbor and haven't heard back from him yet. I know his wife shook some apples off the tree for the deer to enjoy. It was a different story when they were snacking in their garden. They won't be so brave come deer season in November. I wonder how an apple fed deer tastes. Mmmmmmmmmm

Owd Fella Tick (OFT), because of the restrictive Covid-19 (Corona) pandemic restrictions there is a shortage of fruit picking people in my country.
By watching the photographs of your wonderful collage, the idea came into my mind to train deer as fruit pickers. They've proven here that they are very capable to do this job. Their reward: apples for free. A bargain for the fruit growers as the stomach of a deer can only hold a few amount of apples.
I'm just kidding of course.
Seriously now, to me your actual collage is suitable as an item for the photojournalism gallery. Very well done!

A nice collage Tick, I do like the one of the deer with the apple in its mouth. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but in this case brings the critters in. :) tigz=^..^=

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Well done with these photos Tick. Just like any other animals slowly they will become braver when they realise that there is nothing to fear and also can get fruits.
