Nice pic. I've always been a big fan of panoramic photos. Just curious.... were you using an actual panoramic camera or a digital cam that uses software like 'Photostitch' that combines 2 or 3 pics for the effect?

Thanks Shawn. It is actually a stitched one, taken with a DSLR. I only carried a digital. Didn't wanna spend that much time photographing, but sometimes you just can't help yourself.

Lovely photo, I like the road leading to the clouds. The colours are beautiful as well.

Big Sky country! Love the way the clouds hug and arch over the terrain, and those smooth hills contribute to the feeling of movement. The composition seems to represent a radiating fan from the large tree at the head of the road...which is (I think) very good, especially for a panormanic. It must not be easy to find natural composition when you are covering that much acerage!
