Took this on the way home from work one day. Got to try out the new tri-pod I purchased, a Velbon El Carmagne 530. I'm sorry for not being around posting on any uploads. My Emachines monitor decided that It would follow in the computers example and crap out so hopefully now I will find some time to view more of your work. Thanks for viewing mine. -Chris

Do you see what I see???? There is an arm reaching out, with an oven mitt on the hand, ready to put out the fire. How cool is that? Must be the hand of God, don't ya think? ...Great sunset picture, with added unintentional effects.

This actually does look like a forest fire. The clouds are so dark, they resemble smoke. An amazing sky. Did you get a new computer?

This is a wonderful shot, Chris! To give the credit to the tripod would be most unfair to you! Well done! ps I like Jim's comment; agree with him re the "hand" thing!! :-)

The oven mitt image once read is hard to get out of my mind. My impressions of the photo before I read the comments was more along the lines of Sandi's thoughts. Love the intensity of the colors here.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

I have to agree with JimauntjemimaboB. It does look like a oven mitt. Love the colors you caught and I'm surpried how much it looks like a sunset. Good work Chris.
