i think it's a bit overflown by fireworks, you should try to do less or it will also help to do one bigger than the others. this way the eye doesn't know where to focus on.
also the cropping could be better. try to take a soft edge brush for ereasing.

Thanks enon for your thoughtful comment. I was trying to capture the incredible feeling at the end of a fireworks display when bursts of color fill the sky. There's nothing subtle about that climactic moment.

wow- very busy! like the theory behind the idea- but it kinda looks at bit cut-and-past on some of the fireworks-doesn't seem2blend 2well on big image- and no- i don't think a firework is ever going to be subtle! :) if u do go back to this would love to see the repost!
