Nyhavn(New Port) is a canal built in 1671 to bring the waters of the port closer to the square and thus promote trade in the city..I liked the very picturesque houses typically painted in lively hues and the old wooden boats..the majority of which are occupied by restaurants or small hotels,including the Kobenhavn,which has a theatre inside..

Welcome back Dr. Quinn. What a lovely photo. I like the different colored buildings and the angle in which you captured them. Love the boats and the whole scene. Find it interesting that one of the clouds looks like a fish. Must have jumped out of the canal. Excellent photo for your return. Have a good Sunday.
