You think that this is "quite a good shot" ??? Let me tell you that it's a GREAT SHOT, wonderful colors and viewing perspective. The sun and sky look really gorgeous and what I like the most is the color and texture of the moist sand. Together with the fragments of that old wooden bridge it is one of the most wonderful pictures I ever saw. Very nice and elegant overall composition, reduced to the three main subjects. Very good work from you, this picture deserves a 10/10 and I will put it right into my favorites, thumbs up !!!

"a good shot"??? its a PERFECT shot!! everything on here is in the way it should be. Between the wonderful sunset and the old dock falling apart, then the refelction on the water and the then the wet sand...and the fact YOU were there to SEE it all and to share with us this fantatic photo..well, it cannot get any better than this You should get an award for this picture...its totally magnificient!!! You must be a very modest person, lol... It is great and could be pefect if you took care of the horizon line... Anyway the sun and the bridge create a very nice composition which draws attention in the new images gallery. Very striking. Congratulations.

Good shot indeed. The broken bridge adds pure beauty to this shot and the reflections on the water is way too cool. Your color and white balance is appreciative.

If you're going to take a sunset photo have a good sillhouette, and you've found a fantastic structure here. I like the long expanse of sand cutting a diagonal through the shot as well. Marvelous first post
