Interesting view of the ship but the astronomers down there on the wharf are just a wee bit misguided for setting up a scope surrounded by that much light pollution (unless they were looking at the moon their view would be very limited). I downloaded your shot in Photoshop and adjusted the shadow and highlight at 30-20-50, top to bottom in the dialogue box, for both, and the masts popped right out of the sky.

Just 1 suggestion.

Use a standard resolution, say 1600 by 1200.

Smaller are acceptable, but blur when blown up, and widescreen is painful to view on standard screens.

Cool shot. I love the streaks of light coming from the lamps. Great colors, too.

I'd rather be here, than where I'm at

Allee, a nice shot. I find the streetlights in the foreground distracting, but nothing to do about them. I would have cloned all the people out though (just my personal taste). The high side - excellent composition, LOVE the various neon colors in the back round and nicely captured all around, night shots are SO difficult to work with!

It's not the ship that captures me. It's the foreground and backdrop that make me wonder about the world.
