This is in the museum at the entrance to the Petrified Forest. I couldn't help but think about your creations and how you might enjoy this Andy. It's not a mural, I had to take the photo through a glass front and was so thankful there was no glare. Thank you all for taking a peek, I sincerely appreciate your comments and thank you wholeheartedly. :)

This is incredible Anita ... I am gathering this is a mural / painting in the museum. The landscape & reptiles do have a prehistoric feel to it. A very nice capture ... Andy will love it. Thank you so much for sharing.

Actually they are statues and not a mural. Stuffed somethings actually life size and I had to take this through the glass.

I know Andy is going to love this, but be prepared to see your lovely creatures flying around in space somewhere or on a ship or perhaps in that balloon of his that gets around all over the world. Nice job, Anita :)PJ

Ooo, those prehistorics are gruesome looking or at least the activities they engage in, but then I know some modern day creatures who do the same and they should know better. I guess that's a mural in back of the display. I love museums too and am glad you brought this to show us and to donate to Andy.

Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel. -Josemaria Escriva

The way you captured this, Anita, it does give the feeling you're back there, looking in, hoping they don't see you!! Well done, through glass even more amazing! - Patty

well done Anita at getting the photograph without glare, which is difficult to do through glass! A very interesting picture of prehistoric times - sort of scary. Patti

It worked quiet well , i must say, taking a picture through glass is indeed always difficult, because of the glance.
A little tip, if you have a digicam with a real lens in front, put the lenst straight against the glas, and lay your free hand around it, to block out light coming from the side.
This usualy works with glass. but you knew that already i bet.

Fantastic shot, Anita. Taking a shot through glass without a polarizing filter usually leaves some telltale signs. I see none here. Your subject matter is unusal and interesting. Your camera settings are right on, and all in all, it is one very fine capture...........Neil TYU
