This could be made much more interesting by focusing on the name Crab Alley and the little cafe...but as it is there is no definite focus on any one thing, the name is cut in half by the sign etc..and the electical wires take away from the whole thing too. I regret to say all that, but just zero in on a definite subject first...and then find different angles...and then you'll be on the right track.
Hi Arunas! As Rebecca mentioned, a different angle could have greatly improved your shot. As it is, the main subject is a bit hidden, and quite lost due to a cluttered foreground. Maybe you could try getting closer, and simplifying the composition by taking out all that is not relevant. I guess that the same picture taken from just next to the lamp post would be quite better.
Remember to keep it as simple as possible.
Hope to see more of your work soon!
cheers,
Martin
