Are you sure that's not Cuyahoga Falls? I like photos where all the colors work together. It looks like the greens don't match but I like the difference in textures and the perspective.

The focus on this is a little (read way!) wonkey, it really works out well though. did you use a blur tool? I am confused by the blur and then sharp contrast in different parts of the water as it comes over the wall. I really like how the trees look in this photo. I also think that the wall the water is coming over has great color also; that, the water, and the trees combine to create a really good combination of color. Cheers!

"horizon" line is a little off, making photo look tilted slightly to the right. but i love the contrast in colors and the way you've broken up the image into 3 distinct part. nice!
