My daughter went to a cheerleader day camp yesterday. My Em isn't in this picture, but I did managed to snap this shot at just the right time!

Nice image captured. The frame works well here with this shot and the action going on here is really cute. I dont think I could ever jump that high..well..unless I came up on a spider..haha..Great work here and do like the effect added to give it that special touch!

Neat effect you used here & the frames add to the picture. Have a niece involved in cheerleading. They turn into athletes as much as the sport playing kids do. Nice shot here..

Great action pic Dorothy, I can almost feel the thump as the girls land on that pad ! And that's a very creative framing, love how that blue echoes the color of the mat on the floor ! A really nice job on this !
