Here is the Dance Pavilion. Now just a picnic area. I can picture night time dances, white lights all around the Pavilion's roof. Music floating through the woods. I often wonder why so much has changed here.

Life is change and it is a very nostalgic picture for all of us with memories of places that have seen better times and happier moments. Then again :) picnics can be memorable too. Nice pic, as always.

Hi Dorothy! Nice picture! We have some of those around here too. Must have been the thing at one time...probably lately 40s into the 50s. I've heard stories about some of the old musicians that used to play these places. Nice they turned it into something still usable & didnt tear it down! Good capture of it's reflection too by the way ma'am!! Nicely done! ~Dan

I really like this, it certainly does have a nostolgic feel to it and you can't help but imagining how it used to be. Great capture and thanks for sharing this with us!
