My daughter spotted this mini rainbow the other day. I couldn't believe how vibrant the colors were, for just a bit in the clouds. I didn't touch this up at all.

I'm so glad your daughter saw this Dot.How strange to see a rainbow with skies that blue. Now this is something special and unusual .Those colors are just gorgeous. Tell your daughter thanks for seeing it and thank you Dot for taking the photo and sharing with us.It's very pretty.

I think this is what they call a "sun-dog". Like a mini rainbow! Must have been just enough water in that vapor trail to make a prizm. Cool shot Dotty & good eye by your daughter!

What a excellent piece to have captured. i love the cloud formation and the mini rainbow enhances the the image immensely. I love the blue of the sky aswell.Excellent work
