This is a picture of a budding magnolia taken outside of my house. I liked how the picture turned out and I also like the greeness of the leaves and background. Tell me what you think..
I do like the colors of the flower and leaves, but the white framing draws the eye away from the center. Try a black or a darker framing. Also there are lines across the top of it - that can be fixed with any editing program by softening the lines out. This definitely has a lot of potential. =)
This is very creative and looks really good but I have to agree with hernoor. I believe a darker framing would really emphasize the beauty you've captured here and it does have a lot of potential. I like the idea behind this.
Hi Sarah, my what a lovely title you have given this image! This dainty little magnolia bud just flourishes with it's surrounding greens, a very showy combination of colors my dear! I think you are doing very well, and I hope you continue to share your future work with us, as we would enjoy that very much! I will be looking forward to your forthcoming postings Sarah! Sincerely, Marilyn
Actually, I like the frame. To me it focuses. I guess everyone's eyes do different things. But then I've been seen as a framin' fool a lot of times. And I have a tendency to shy away from black just becuase, because, because. I like this very much.
