Now that is a difficult shot if you want to do this the right way. Although it's a good composition the technique may be a bit improved.
If you have to possibility to adjust the shutter speed and diafragma then go for the smallest diafragma (highest number), fix your camera and shoot with a long shutter time. If you do that the whole picture will be sharp, and I think that would improve this work.
