About your photo, I think it has a very mystical attitude surrounding it. It has a serious awesome quality about it! Perhaps a sadness, or feelings of aloneness! A unique view of these leaves - I like the dark appearance of these Maple leaves - there is a foreboding mood to this image - probably because the leaves are drowning. The color of the water, and the Maple leaves, is lovely and I like the background colors. Very good effects used, and the Maple leaves are gorgeous on their own. You did a good job!
