I do not think it is a turtledove or a dove, I would go to a rather "Mirthys coloré - colorful Mirthys" but nothing on.

I suspect that whatever type of breed this Pigeon is it's almost definitely juvenile bird. One thing about Pigeons is that they'll breed at any time of the year provided the conditions are adequate.

One thing's for sure Christian this is a fine close up with good clarity, & the dark background is superb.
