The Maria Church stands in Gleisdorf, a little town in Styria. In the 15th century the Maria Church may have been a pilgrimage church, Maria Lustration. A book of miracles, which was kept between 1656 and 1775, reported of 593 "Wonders". The Viennese Archbishop and Cardinal Sigismund Graf von Kollonitsch rebuilt the church in 1744.

Great capture Sabine ! the rounded sides to the church tower puzzles me a bit though... They seem out of place in this structure. They look very Portugues, while the rest of the church does not.. But a great pic though !

Good composition but it leaves the viewer wanting to see more. I feel this one deffinitely needs the bottom part showing, the image is crisp and well balanced, but that is standard for you.
