I can't believe that I took this two weeks ago. Now the whole city is dark, gray, cold, wet and ugly. Please, spring, come back!

Very good Sabine. Nice composition. The fruit growers here are worried because the trees are bloming 2 weeks early and they are worried about a frost. But I see you are ;-)

Well, I think that I have the "bugs" out of this computer. I am using a new (to me) version of PE3 thanks for waiting & I'll try and post more often now. ;-) Steve

Just gorgeous, my dear, and aren't you glad you at least have this to look at? I know the weather has certainly been strange this whole winter season. Let's hope it straightens out soon !!

I'll have to echo PJ's words above and say gorgeous also! Dont worry I'm sure your spring will return soon! It always does! Be grateful you had the nice weather earlier. At least it's March now and not November! C):-)

All the good comments have been covered, so I'll offer a suggestion for next time (assuming Spring returns): try using forced flash when shooting against the light sky. I think it would have made these white flowers show up whiter.

Amaizing image, wonderful contrast of colors, super sharp focus, cannot praise it enough. A little more light on the subject would have made it whiter, but it is a matter of taste of the photographer. Almost and oriental painting. Lovely work.

gorgeous Sabine! I love the way some of the blossom is in focus and some of it isn't.

Some of my favorite photos are the ones with the clear blue sky and the white flowers, cherry blossoms, etc. This is another great capture and great compostion.
