Construction of Schoenbrunn castle, a world cultural heritage site, started in 1696 and continued until the 19th century, as each new emperor added or altered the inner or outer parts of the building. Schoenbrunn castle was the summer residence of the emperors of Habsburg empire. Nowadays it's one of the major tourist attractions in Vienna.

Well, I think that I have the "bugs" out of this computer. I am using a new (to me) version of PE3 thanks for waiting & I'll try and post more often now. ;-) Steve

Super composition, Sabine. I can see that there must be a beautiful array of cultivated flowers there in the summer, but I'm glad they let the wild flowers grow in the spring and don't try to control the natural beauty as the world awakens.

hehe he, i came across this image in the voting boot !!! they do not tell you from who it is before you have voted, but i knew it must have been one of you, and gave it a 10 straight away, and i was not wrong :-)

About this image, well i like it a lot, it is very sharp (but we are already used to that from you) and the image captures the whole building in 1 go. Very good Sabine !
