Sabine, these birds are such great subjects for shooting.. And I bet, unless you got to know their personalities, you wouldn't be able to tell them apart! Very pretty post.... ~Mary~

ohhhh! ....and I thought this was going to be a picture of Chris and Hans in Salzburg! LOL! ....but of course these two little polly parrots are handsome too - what gorgeous brilliant colourings!

Love these colors. Makes me wish I had a nicer camera when I was in Costa Rica. Only have a bunch of distant, blurry pictures of these beautiful creatures. Well done.

My 'puter crashed the other day so I'm trying to get my new one up and running. ;-( This new OS (Vista) is going to take some getting used to. Sorry I haven't been commenting as much as I would like to. ;-)

Ara's are just great :-) they can live upto a nice 60 or 80 years, they are wonderfull birds, and so is your capture !
