Chris "doing his job" on the Schafberg Mountain in Upper Austria this summer. You see, a real photographer knows no fear. I hope this will not be seen as a snapshot again, since I see those image of Chris taking photos as a kind of documentary.

Awesome Sabine wow talk about being on the edge. This should not be taken as a snapshot. It should remain on caedes in my book. But of course i'm not a mod! The feel of this image is excellent and of course that view is something else.

"King of the Mountain," comes to mind when I see this. No way could it be considered a snapshot because you've given us a little peek over the edge to show us what he sees. That was a great touch. I'm afraid I wouldn't have got that close. Vertigo and all that you know. Great Photo and great idea.

this is no snapshot Sabine! wonderful capture of Chris standing right at the edge! amazing as you say what photographers will do to capture a good photograph. I am usually scared of heights but you will see from some of my photographs just how close I have got to high cliff edges - the beauty of the scene allays your fears if that makes sense! A very good capture - and Chris should love this one!

Sabine, 'a real photographer knows no fear' is valid for you as well as you were only a short distance from Chris to capture him. Although some of your images are funny, the most of them, however, are very serious and have nothing to do with snapsshots. This image is simply a wonderful one! Regards, Cornelius

OMG! He's on the edge! I'd be panicked for him at this moment for fear he'd forget where he was and make a mistep! Fabulous photograph though by you Sabine. What an amazing shot!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

He does have red hair!!! I always wondered after I saw the self portrait that was taken of your reflections..but his avie rings true!!

Sabine, there's no way this could be construed as a snapshot...it's a work of art showing an artist making art!!
Excellent job!

A very nice point of view you have captured here, i remember myself standing like this many times in the alps. The strangest thing is that i always find more joy in looking back at the pictures at home, then when i was there in real time on the top.
Maybe i am just to occupied with taking images. Lovely image, Chris can be proud on such a picture, and you on taking it, although i know, heights are not your favorites.

as a documentary, this is a great shot. the perspective of Chris at the very edge is very well captured. nicely done, Sabine.
