Another image from Styria - I am glad, I took a lot there, since it is impossible to take any photos this days here ... This are again the Lakes Scheibel.
This is beautiful, Sabine with the lovely sweep of clouds, the blue lake and white mountains, tall evergreens, golden grass and white flowers in the foreground. Then add the lodge and little house and you have, viola, a masterpiece! This shot has everything!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

A beautiful view sabine! im glad you took lots of shots there too!! and im sorry the weather has been so awful so you cant take shots !! i know the feeling well!
It's been so dark and gloomy 'round here, that's it is certainly refreshing to visit the sunny vistas from the summer. I'm also enjoying the grass and the greens and the entire light this embodies.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
I'm agreeing with everything everyone has said. This is so clear and the angle is great. Just a lot to look at. I think I recognize house on mountain and ski slopes in the distance. You always have such absolutely clear shots. That's a steady hand you have Sabine.
This gives a much better impression of your lake than your previous posting did. I just like the outlines of the lake meandering through the grassland. Chris must be very proud to have a lake called after his wife's family name. The place seems a fairytail coming to life to me. What is the white fauna in the foreground ?
