Imagine a cute little duckie-sculpture, that looks sad to its "feet" - thats what you will not see because of the so called "snapshot" rule ... But those guys also act typical Monday style - trying to hide themself.
Sometimes the rules don't have a leg to stand on. Yes the rules are getting more stringent but not for a beautiful capture like this Sabine. I too have been the victim of "snapshots." I had this in VB and gave it very high marks. Very nice Monday post.
I'm sorry you felt the sting of the lash, Sabine. I know that you produce quality photos, but I didn't see what you tried to upload and no one is asking me what is and what is not snapshot. You managed to put up a very lovely image all the same, so I think that congrats are in order. PJ
"Where there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see." ~Dorothea Lange
In my friends list that rejected image was anounced for some time as new post of you Sabine, so I've tried to comment on it but never could make that image visable indeed. Think this image is a very good alternative. Simply love it.
