I know these plants are real pests in parts of the country that don't have winter kill of them, in the way they can clog the waterways, but Here in Ontario they are very nice additions to landscape ponds. They remind me of girls in frilly dresses dancing on the water.

How beautiful this is. The softness of the colors and the greens all around sure make it show up very nicely. Can't imagine such beauty being a pest. Lovely capture Loris.

WOW was the first word out of my mouth when I saw this Loris. Everything is perfect in this as far as placement of subject, clarity and DOF. One of the most beautiful flowers I've seen. Hard to believe this beauty could be a pest to anyone isn't it?. This will be my desktop for the day- Thank you Loris for sharing this with us.
