Caught these two feasting after I dumped some old seed from my bird feeder. They don't seem to mind each other at the moment.

Nice capture of two critters that don't always share very well. Not often that you see a black squirrel either. Thanks for sharing them with us.

I guess the urge to eat was stronger at the moment Loris. I have never seen a black squirell before. It is so beautiful and both of them certainly look well fed. Looks like you're taking pretty good care of them. Great post and thanks so much for sharing with us.

Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget ;)
Black Squirell!! It's one of my favorite things about Calgary. Before we moved up here, I saw one when I went for a walk while I visited the city for a convention. I'd only seen grey squirells, and pictures of red squirells, so the black one was striking.

How interesting - a black squirrel. I've never seen one of those and he's a big one. It was a magic moment to catch those two together. What a photo opportunity - Plenty of seeds for all. Thanks Loris, for this "can't we all get along" image :*>
