Beautiful work. It does look like a crest - whether royal or not, I could not say. I also see two little girls hugging and kissing each other in excitement, dressed in long, frilly party dresses. I just can't quite figure out where they are - in a bejewelled ballroom, perhaps, or beneath a fantastic jewel-like sky...
