This is a capture of an old oak tree within The Alamo in San Antonito, Texas. I was stunned that there are no wandering tourist in the background. The sun was very bright that day; and, thus, the purple "ghost" under a few limbs. Any suggestions on getting rid of them? Thanks for looking!

Wow, I got this in the VB and had to look for it for the story. WHAT a tree! You did well to get the whole of it or most of it any way...I would love to see this. As far as the ghosts I'm sure one of the more pro photogs here could help you with that. Nice shot! ~Mary~

Best wide-angle lens? Two steps backward. Look for the 'ah-ha'. Ernst Haas

Wow, what a tree! I agree, you did a great job at getting most of the tree.
Wish I could help with the ghosts.

what a fantastic tree. Perhaps the easiest way to avoid ghosts such as these is to take the photo when the sun is lower in the sky, say before 9 am or after 5 pm depending on the time of year. That is probably the best way to improve the image overall also.
