This is a picture that I took in Russia, in a little town I believe was called, "Oryol". I probably miserably misspelled that, if so, please forgive me. It is a statue of I think the missionaries said, a famous Russian writer. I do not remember what his name was, only that I think it was kind of complicated. Being a writer, I thought that it was very neat statue. You could almost tell he was day-dreaming, thinking, imagining. I felt a part of me go out to the idea of this statue. It means something. It is Almost Immortal. . .

This is a great capture; the compostition is excellent. Thanks for sharing your insight on the statue --it does, indeed, convey meaning.

Interesting capture you made here. His interesting, intelligent face together with the leaves in the back makes a good composition.
