Thats kind of a cool photo. ITs just simple but cool. Why do you call it suicide?

I called it suicide because it was really cold, slippery, and dangerous - and I was terrified of dropping my camera. Anything for art, I suppose... =) Thanks

Caxap - Usually I try and make comment on my first reaction to the photo. I think the photo is fine. Now for the Techno babble stuff. I look at this picture enlarged several times. Each time I noticed the contrast was very intense. To get good contrast with B&W or color in snow is difficult. If I could suggest something I do. I always wear Polorised Sunglasses. When around water or snow, I slip the sunglass lens over the camera lens, being carefull not to block the focus beam. And snap away. Most of the time I get excellent results. I avoid Blue Blockers, they make everything turn a yellowish tint. Do More Please.

I like the shot. You are on brave soul to be out in the cold like that I try to avoid it at all cost, and in doing so miss some great shots.
