excellent work.. like the refelctions very much.. shame about the horizontal line.. seems like your missing a row of pixels or two.. which has created a fold in the image... mid way between the top of the sphere and the top of the image.

yeah...there not much i can do about that line...its actually the physical model itself...the surrounding is mapped onto a cube...that line is the corner from the front to the top of the cube...i tried to make it as seamless as possible, but its very difficult to match the edges on the image i used there...if i figure out a way to fix it i'll replace the old image imediately.

This is kinda like that movie the ring, you are suppose to see a reflection of a person and a camera, but there is none!!! Creepy.........ahh, it hurts my head. Good work.

A classic. The symmetry, selective focus and realism of the ball set this image apart. Bravo! But then again, I'm just the Paperboy.

The ball is so perfectly smooth that it looks a little bit surreal, especially when compared with the out-of-focus background. I really like the subject though, keep up the good work.

i dont really like how blurry the back is but the relflection is extrordinary!

well the back has to be blurry if the sphere is in focus...can't have them both in focus

What a great image - you have a really good feel for the software.

hey chopin lives, you should do a rendering of the umbilic torus(the ring with one edge which twists slowly around the shape. the shape created by helaman ferguson. like make it marble and really relfective. its a cool looking thing. I like this image. LIke how you reveal the surrounding environment through the main subject. your work is awesome
