Oh, you got them. This is an excellently taken wild shot. They're so hard to capture, and this is the best one I've see so far of yours and look at the way they posed for you :) I'm sure they were checking you and your camera out, wondering what in the world you were going to do, and I also bet they didn't stick around very long after you got this capture ..congrats :)PJ
All the wonders you seek are within yourself. Always glad to see visitors at My Gallery and thanks for your continued kind words and constant support. Anita
Makes you wonder what they must have been thinking when you snapped that? "Oh look ma, there's another one of those humans. Too bad we left our camera in the woods... let's run and get it before he skips off!" LOL
The composition is great; the balance of the two deer is perfect! I love how they're looking at the camera; usually they only do that for a milisecond before bounding away for me. Nice work!

Doe, a deer, a female deer
Ray, a drop of golden sun
Me, a name I call myself
Far, a long long way to run
Sew, a needle pulling thread
La, a note to follow sew
Tea, I drink with jam and bread
That will bring us back to do
Picture Purrrfect .
A purrrfect world is what we all want, but, seems too unobtainable. If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!!
Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!
That little one is about ready to be cast out on it's own. I love the way they are looking at you. Glad you captured them before they ran off. Nice work.

Excellent capture Chuck. Wish it could have been me. The deer are not the only thing that caught my eye here. I really like the toppled tree in this shot also. You were certainly in the right place, right time with this.
Great wild life shot Chuck ... No question they knew you were in their habitat ... look at those ears on alert ... they probably could hear you breathing. It's a wonder we aren't looking at two tails beating a hasty retreat.
