This is another Lakota Indian doing the Eagle Dance at my church during the Pentacost celebration. When He was done he was completely out of breath and exhausted. It was a beautiful day and we celebrated with many different tounges during this special time of the Angilcan church year. This is the last of the photos I will post from Pentacost. At least for this year. No telling what we may do next year.

Wow! What a terrific capture. The modern architecture background, the dancer's colorful costume, just enough blur to show the action. Excellent effort, Chuck.

What an amazing post Chuck with beauty all around. I'm sure in person his dance was magnificant and you've presented it in an excellent light. What a great series of Pentacost and thanks for sharing them. Outstanding work.

I can imagine he was tired with all that warm costume on. I would have liked to have seen that.. What beautiful colors and you captured them quite accurately it appears. Good post.

There's nothing like Native costumes; they can cost thousands of dollars and are made all by hand. I enjoyed seeing this, Chuck - thanks!

What a fantastic shot of a very proud and colourful culture. Your church must be a very intresting place to visit unlike ours which normally is a good place to catch up on your sleep.

AKAJON: Most people lye asleep and notice nothing around them. Just wake up and see the natural beauty around you. It will blow you away.

Picture Purrrfect . A purrrfect world is what we all want, but, seems too unobtainable. If I've viewed and commented on your post, and you liked my remarks then NO THANKS is needed...just getting to see your wonderful work is thanks enough for me!! Also BIG thanks to all who check out my work!! I appreciate any and all comments & feedback!!

This photo is so full of life as well as color Chuck. Excellent capture as he was probably moving pretty fast. I'm so glad you shared these photos of your pentacost with us. I have really enjoyed them.
