I have no idea what the name of this mountain is. Pretty cool though. It's in the San Juan Mountains in Southern Colorado.

For a sec, there I thought you were going to be posting a pic. of an aircraft carrier! I agree this is a very neat looking mountain! Nicely captured too Chuck!

Cool indeed Chuck ... Impressive to say the least. I'm thinking the foreground could be toned down a bit, in particular the treeline. It's stark contrast seems to take too much away from the Mountain you captured so well.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

Now I was expecting to see a photo of you in your military days sporting a flat top Chuck LOL. This is a pleasant surprise though as you have definitely named this perfectly.I like how you've tweaked the colors here. The golden glow is really pretty.
