Taken (looking west) from the doctor's office... my wife's doc! From the 14th floor through glass (windows). The bay is English Bay on the other side of the bridges. The waterway immediately before you is False Creek. Imagine working with this view! :o) Rotated then cropped for WS (eliminating roof-tops).

Great photo, Con! I don't think I've looked at the city from this angle before..

I love this WS...it looks really nice on my desktop. But when I put it there, I realized that it was leaning a bit to the left. You certainly got a lot of life into one photo...excellent!!

Vancouver and surrounding municipalities is a very nice place to live! I love it here and most importantly... my wife loves it here! She was a Quebecer through and through. The only negative is the rainy winter... but as I always put it: I would rather watch the water roll down the driveway and streets than be out shoveling snow like I was when I lived in the Montreal area (even from my roof). This perspective came about only because my wife required eye surgery... cataracts. I am actually taking photos of Vancouver's back door in relation to the usual pictures taken. I/we were lucky I had my camera in the car that day.

Ahh...Vancouver. I love being out there, and most of my shots are in and around the city too. Such a greaty city - still planning to move out there one day, if we can ever afford the property! :) Great shot of False Creek...interesting how Burrard and Granville bridges are blending into each other.
