I'm a big fan of blue flowers. While not as 'blue' as C. lucilliae, the faint violet tinge makes it less shocking and a bit gentle.

The hard, smooth, colorless stones make a perfect contrasting background for the flowers.

Fabulous flowers; I love the lighter centres. Nice gentle lighting and well contrasted against the stones.

As everyone else has said, I love the subtle color change towards the center of these flowers. I did notice that at higher resolutions the image seems to blur a little. Not bad but noticeable. Very nice shot. Thanks so much for sharing.
