This Image was taken in Rottweil it's near to Stuttgart (GER) and it's the oldest Town of the federal state Baden Würtemberg. This Tower is the town's landmark it's called "das schwarze Tor" it was built in the year 1230. by the way: this is my first image I have upload...

Nice first photo mate. :)
Good composition and everything is sharp. Your information was interesting too. That sky needs something, perhaps a little touch of colour, even some soft grey, to reduce the glare. If you have some photo processing software it's easy enough to do. Lots of fantastic photographers here, it's a great place to share and to learn.
