What a superb composition... Simply perfect. I would have been prepared even to take the bird's stare like I was a roast pig in order to get such image.
Perfect simplicity here which is the effect of all "OnOne PE4 and Topaz Labs. Shot with a Canon XTi w/Sigma 50-500mm lens" - particularly the labs are time consuming as they need to get plenty exercise, particularly one as vivacious as Topaz.
