Evocative of the best of Japanese art, both in composition and palette. Well done, Pete.

Great interpretation of Japanese art. I think this would look nice in a japanese style frame. Perhaps maroon, and gold. Nice work!

Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.

I don't understand how this image gets such a low 36:100 score when the comments are positive. I hardly ever vote on an image that I'd have to give less than a 7 to. I just pass them up. But some people who vote have been handing out really low scores without commenting. Anybody know what's going on?

Ah they tell me that Caedes has been fooling around with the c:index again. Hummm, maybe 36 is a good number. Who knows?

Tonight when I sat down at my computer and visited this site, I was looking for one extraordinary image that would speak to me. This was exactly what I needed. Thanks.
