This is a picture I took on the Graveyard of the island of Helgoland. I know, that there are a few points that could've been better, but i think it's worth to show here anyway!

Good shot. It is noce and clear and sharp. I would however, crop around the flower to bring it in a bit closer and maybe place it off center. Try it and see the result. It makes it a bit more interesting. Well done.

Marvin! Beautiful scene you captured. Maybe you could have cropped it like Coconia said, but this is fine as well. Nice job.

Love the contrast between the pink and green. I do find that taking pictures early or late in the day makes for "softer" photos rather than direct sunlight. This is still a very nice shot. Thank for sharing.

The two color have a high contrast although i feel the pink highlights are flaring out a bit to much. Also as mentioned above if you placed the rose in one of the main focus areas (4 main focus points in a rectangle area) or along a 1/3rd line it would punch up the shot and not feel so balanced. Balance is great but it does not really give any weight or feeling. Most of these suggestions come from basic design stategy for composition. If you have any question about my comment feel free to ask, I can go into more detail.

Great try. Keep at it!

Just my 2 cents.
