What a beautifully clear photo. I really like how you got the whole 'framing' thru natural elements. The snow, the mountains, and the shadows. The rocks in the water are wonderful too with their reflections. Your area of the world is very beautiful. Very nicely done photography. And I want to welcome you to caedes! Looking forward to many more of your photos soon. Verena

In order to discover who you are, first learn who everybody else is; you're what's left.

Nice! The scene from the waterline and up, is without saying, gorgeous in it's own right. But the reflection in the lake, and the "bumps" of the shadowy rock in the foreground to create a sense of depth really make the shot. Very well done.

My one caveat.. I'm thinking I'd like to see a bit more detail in the shadows, but at the same time, the stark look of them as-is is quite a nice touch anyway.

Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.

For one of your first pictures posted this is beautiful. I love part of the picture is in shadow while the tops of some snow covered mountains are still in the light.

The reflections are great as well. But as said above. On the subject on the shadows. It would have been interesting to see this shot a little earlier mayber with more light than shadow. I still say this picture is great. just saying that an earlier shot would also be very nice. Great post
