this I think should have been rethought before submitting to bland

First of all, welcome to Caedes. In additional to my photo posts, I have also upload original artworks and then sat back and waited for the reactions. Regardless if it is art or photo, it's your baby and you want it to do well. I have never tried to do an illustration before, so you are way ahead of me in that category. Over time, you will learn a lot from the very talented people at this site. I know I have. So, keep posting, keep learning your craft. I for one, will be looking forward to viewing your work as time goes on.
