Good color saturation throughout the picture. Getting the iron bars and wording to stand out in the picture against the light background, with the light behind the sign, must have been interesting. Personally, I would have tried to get a little more interesting background (framing) than this, like getting a little lower with an up shot towards the sign with the buildings in the background.

You have a creative eye. This is an unusual perspective which makes me wonder what effect you were trying to communicate. The location plaque dominates and blocks the view, making me wonder what's behind it.
