Wow this is a beautiful photo and your right about peacocks dont think I have ever seen one sitting before, it's a great shot well done !!! Onto my desktop it goes :)

Unusual position for the peacock. Brilliant colors, although, for me, the birds feathers and the background are too similiar in color, I would like to see more contrast in the background.
