Another image I took in the countryside, I wanted to see if i could incoporate manmade objects into nature, particuarly pylons, something that many people think is an eyesore on the countryside.

Well, I must admit, wires are the first things I look to clone out of my photos. Beautiful greens and sky. Saw this in the VB and decided to check out the whole story.

Me too! I saw this first in the voting booth and then sat and contemplated and counted the number of hours I've spent in Photoshop cloning out wires and poles...just had to see what the story was behind the photo.. :)PJ

This is interesting, well done and unusual. Your horizon line is straight as an arrow and it's a very pleasing image. Your goal was accomplished! - Patty

very nice, im still trying to decide if the coutryside should be more symmetrical to suit the powerlines, or if the powerlines should be less symetrical to match the country side, or maybe its just right the way it is....

I like the positioning of the pylon in this shot. The wires are very clear and seem to draw your eye into the skyline. As a picture it works very well. However i do hate pylons, they do tend to be a dangerous blot on any landscape......It is about time the designers of these eyesores started to wake up to the alternatives and stop filling our landscapes up with these war of the world type objects of old.

Good posting.

AKAJON: Most people lye asleep and notice nothing around them. Just wake up and see the natural beauty around you. It will blow you away.
