A photo of a devil's paintbrush blossom. The plant is a common weed around here. Hope you enjoy. Your comments welcomed.

Good morning Eubeen
Common weed perhaps, but it is the eye of the artist that brings its beauty and other good qualities to the eye of "the masses". You have chosen a good angle to take this from, and the balance, lines and shades of greens and yellows form a happy triad. All in one - new life, blooming life and past life. Good frame.

Music is more than the notes we hear; it is the spaces between the notes that make it complete.

Wonderful close up of this delicate looking weed. It's funny how weeds are so beautiful in detail & textures

Very pretty for a weed- if only all weeds were beautiful. Lovely capture.

Love that we cannot have is the one that lasts the longest, hurts the deepest, and feels the strongest.

Weeds are just flowers and herbs growing in the wild. That's the beauty of it and you sure brought that out so well. I love how that one flower is still a "pod" and then the other are surrounding it, til it 'chatches up'. Those buds sure look a bit scary. But you sure got gorgeous colours here. Nicely done.V
