This is another of the older churches located in town. Constructed sometime in the 1800s; I should probably look that info up sometime or make a note of it the next time I go by the place. The church has a beautiful stain-glass window. I did a little cloning to remove a trash container on the left that intruded too much into the shot. Thought about removing the bench and wires, but a bit too much work involved. Added some colour to the sky, otherwise you'd be looking at a blown-out white expanse. Enjoy and your comments welcomed.

Hey Wendell
Yeah taking out those wires might be just a tad difficult! Oh well I love the church and that stonework. I would love to see that window from the inside!

Wendell - The mid-to-late 1800's was the heyday of gothic architecture. This is another fine example. You would put the clone tool into overtime on trying to remove the quantity of power / phone / cable and who knows what else lines in the image. Thad

Hi Wendell,
I glad that you find a moment without a cars fore the church. This is more impressive shot. Unfortunately removing wires and bench is hard (I fully understand you). If I have a time I can remove all the marks of our time (wires, poster, car...). Are you give me your permission to do that?
Best wishes :)

Another beautiful old church and I agree it would be very difficult to take all those wires out.

A very interesting picture Wendell. It's quite a contrast sitting there next to a modern car and phone and power lines. Cool shot. Thanks for sharing!!

A beautiful old church it is, Wendell! Yes, a most difficult task at removing wires, but you did an excellent job with the sky and I see no sign of cloning. Very well done!
